The space Welcome to your spacious friends reunion gateway, located on the top thee floors of a charming house. By booking this listing you get all three private floors and you don't have to share with any other Airbnb. Previously we had two separate airbnbs in the house and people almost always booked both at the same time to have more space so now we have decided to combine them into one listing. Please note that there is no elevator, and access to the house is via stairs. On the first floor, you'll find a 2 bedroom flat with sauna, one person jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms - this listing is called Retro Time Machine in my listings you can check it out - this is all included for you to use. Second floor you'll find a spacious loft with 3 bedrooms spanning over 2 floors Bedroom 1, which features two double beds and a convenient working space area with a desk and chair. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchen and Bedroom 2, where you can enjoy meals at the dining table. The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, sandwich press, juice maker, Brita water filter, French press, moka pot, garlic press, and cheese grater. If you have any specific requests, feel free to let us know, as we likely have it available. There's also a 32" Smart TV for your entertainment. A hallway on this floor houses essential appliances such as the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, along with plenty of storage space. The first floor also includes a bathroom for your convenience. Venturing up to the top floor, you'll discover a king-size bed under the fluorescent stars, while there are also 3 double beds available, providing ample sleeping space for larger groups. The dining area features a table and eight chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering for socializing. An air conditioner ensures a pleasant environment throughout your stay. Additionally, we have an outdoor fireplace where you can unwind, sip a glass of wine, or savor a cup of hot cocoa while enjoying the cozy ambiance. To further enhance your outdoor experience, we offer three BBQs, perfect for grilling your favorite meals and enjoying the flavors of outdoor cooking. We do not take responsibility if you lose your money. My cool parents live on the ground floor. They are there to support you with the hot tub, BBQs and any questions you may have. Please make sure you update the correct number of guests for your reservation. There might be a surcharge for additional guests. Well behaved pets are welcome on the property - please disclose how many pets you're bringing. Please let us know how many beds you'd like us to prepare - especially if you are a big group. Your 2 apartments are located on the top tree floors. There is common staircase to get to your private apartments Security and safety is our main priority. There is a CCTV camera outdoors at the parking lot. There are some cameras (not recording) in the staircase and entrance hall next to smoke detectors. We have house security and any violation of our T&C or lack of respect towards our neighbours will result in escorting the whole group out of the premises without a refund. If you book, you're responsible for every single one of the guests you invite. Think twice who you invite We have a big garden and the property is just across a big forest. Please keep the doors and windows closed at all times to avoid unwanted animals, spiders, mosquitos and bugs getting into the house
