Our Sunshine Home is located walking distance from the main jijigar yare road near the British Sunshine Elementary school school. Besides the excellent location we are hands on property owners available and willing to help with all aspects of your stay. This guest house is inspired by all the DIY Diaspora energy and decor I brought with me when I moved to the motherland. The space is quant but loaded with all essential things to live like you are in your own home. The space Our property has unlimited water supply. No need for constant water truck refills. Fits one full size car for parking. Has a front veranda for day time enjoyment. There is an exterior lock and key pad separating the front veranda from the house. Kitchen and 2nd bathroom are located in the front yard. Guest access Full access Other things to note This property has FULL water supply 24/7. Never runs out no need to call a water truck for top up. Two extra cost/fees not listed in the Airbnb price. $60 electricity $25 high speed internet = $85 per month rental
