Easy access. Residential neighborhood. Near the city's main avenue and trade.  - 2 comfortable suites, with accommodation for 03 people in each suite. Rustic decor and rustic, comfortable and easy to clean. Brick floor in the bedrooms, wood walls and masonry. A suite with double the normal width of 1.40 with foam mattress 30 cm tall and good density. Another suite with 3 beds and 2 beds with mattress which together form a double bed king size. 2 bathrooms with tiled floors and tiles, complete with hot water showers, passing gas heater and electric if needed. Sink faucet with hot water. Hygienic shower. Included: bed linen, bathrobes, blankets, comforters, pillows, blankets and mattress liner. Good quality, always renewed and sanitized in exchange for guests. Living room and kitchen combined with ceramic floor, wood walls and masonry. Simple, warm, light and practical.  In simple room has TV 20 ", 2 person sofa, folding chair, ottoman, table with 4 chairs, stools and folding chairs aluminum. 2 space heaters, electric oil. Wi fi and alarm in the house.  Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, fondue appliance, portable grill. Dishwasher for 8 persons and utensils, dish towels and tablecloths. The chalet sleeps up to 06 people as well.  It is in the grounds of our home, the land is large and independent houses with privacy. All windows are facing the green mountain. It is very sunny and very warm. It's compact, practical and cozy. The guest can expect comfort, cleanliness and warmth. The place is quiet and has a large garden for rest and relaxation for those staying in the cottage. We provide all possible assistance to the guest with tips for restaurants, tours, and what is needed. We speak fluent Portuguese, English and French can understand. Public transportation is 3 blocks from the house, on the main avenue. The road is very close, 5 blocks. Local business of banks, market, normal shops located in the neighborhood of Abernéssia 2 kms from the cottage. And the malls, restaurants and chic bars are Capivari in the tourist district of Campos do Jordao. I offer a nice space, nice for guests to rest and interact with the external space which we enjoyed very much. My husband and I like to meet new people, to welcome and to exchange ideas, information. 06 years ago we received guests in the chalet and all praise and love, and come at other times. Guest access Wi fi, parking and leisure area. Other things to note "We're not an inn." - The houses are equipped for each guest to provide their own meals. Therefore, we do not offer breakfast, lunch or dinner, but we can indicate restaurants and deliveries services. - We do not have daily cleaning. - Chairs: bathrooms, kitchen and beds are located on the ground floor. When making a reservation, please make sure that we are fit to meet your needs. - We accept small animals accustomed to live with other pets and people. Please check availability at the time of booking. We charge an extra fee per animal.
