The entire villa belongs exclusively to you—absolutely no shared spaces. This spacious and fully furnished home includes: • Open plan lounge • Large dining area • Fully equipped kitchen • Three ensuite bedrooms + guest WC • Three bedrooms in total • Private porch 🛏 Bedroom Details • Bedroom 1: King-size bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed + Double bed (sleeps up to 4) • Bedroom 3: King-size bed (sleeps 2) This villa is located within a secure complex of six properties. Please note: This is a self catering furnished apartment. ________________________________________ 💦 Water Supply You’ll enjoy constant water supply to both the villa and the swimming pool. ________________________________________ ⚡ Electricity The villa uses a prepaid electricity meter. • We provide 300 GHS of credit every 7 days. • If this is used before the week ends, guests are responsible for topping up as needed. Energy & Safety Guidelines For fire and safety reasons, when leaving the villa unattended: • Switch off all electrical appliances except the fridge/freezer. • Air-conditioners must be switched off when rooms are not in use or when leaving the property. ________________________________________ Internet / Wi-Fi We load 100GB of data every 10 days, which is usually sufficient for regular domestic use. If more data is required before the 10 days, guests may top up as needed. For remote work / business use If you plan to rely heavily on the internet for work, please inform us. Guest access Your Private Space (Entire Villa) The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay. No spaces inside the home are shared with anyone. We provide 500 GHS of electricity credit every 7 days. • If the credit is used up before the 7 day cycle ends, guests are responsible for topping up additional credit as needed. 🔥 Safety & Appliance Use For fire and safety reasons: • All electrical appliances must be switched off when leaving the property unattended, except for the fridge/freezer. • Air conditioners should be turned off when rooms are not in use and when you leave the villa to go out for the day. These measures help maintain safety and manage electricity responsibly. 📶 Internet / WiFi WiFi is fully inclusive, and the connection is suitable for normal domestic use such as browsing, streaming, and social media.
