The villa has it’s own private entry. Once inside, you can relax looking at the panoramic view of the bay (which is a 2 minute walk away). With free & unlimited wi-fi, Seaspray is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath (ensuite in main) villa, with its own internal laundry. Linen is free, as is the use of a high chair & portacot. The tv is Netflix etc friendly. The villa has new ducted air con/heating (including bedrooms). There is also a space with a kids’ table and chairs. It has a 14m2 balcony. The space *Beautiful views, private and spacious. *Ducted air conditioning/ heating (recently replaced). *The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The villa is great for people with mobility issues. *The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a spa bath/shower. *The lounge room has a fold out double bed, with a trapeze base and inner spring mattress. *There is a separate laundry, with washer and dryer. *The kitchen is fully equipped. Even though it is a self-contained holiday home, washing powder, dishwashing liquid etc is supplied. *The villa is north facing and has beautiful, panoramic views of Shoal Bay and beyond. *It is a wide property with high ceilings. *Linen is complimentary, and beds are made for your arrival. *Toiletries are supplied, as well as toilet paper. * It has a relaxed & calm coastal feel. ** Booking durations: 2 day minimum throughout the year with a 5 day minimum for school holidays, & a 7 day minimum from 23rd Dec to 19th Jan.** Guest access Guests have access to one secure, under cover car space (free). The villa sits in a resort but there is no access to the facilities, such as the pools. The resort equivalent (2 bed, 2 bath with water views) only accommodates 4, whereas Seaspray sleeps 6.
