Stylish & modern apartment in the heart of Bandra.

This one bedroom apartment is located in Bandra West. Walking distance from the famous shopping street - Linking road. Centrally located. You will find many shops, cafes, restaurants and bar's a short walk away. It is an ideal location to be based in for travellers looking to explore Mumbai. The space The space is a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with a separate living room on the ground floor of 6 storey building. The building has a security guard at all times & is under cctv surveillance. The apartment is equipped with a security video door phone as well. There is a dedicated work space in the living room. The bedroom has a king sized bed & the living room has sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment comes with amenities & appliances such as smart TV's in the bedroom & living room, washing machine, microwave & high speed internet. *Please note that our neighbouring building in being redeveloped and so there is some construction noise during the day. However the noisy foundation digging phase has been completed* Guest access A part of the apartment is used by me as my workspace during the day. However my workspace has a separate entrance that does not interfere with the listing in any way. The two sections are divided by a door in between. My guests will have complete independent access to their side of the apartment and the door between the two sections remains locked at all times. Please note the the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and hence at times you may be able to hear people passing by. However noise reducing windows are installed in the apartment. Other things to note I would like to request my guests to switch off lights/fans/air conditioning and tightly close taps when not in use. I highly believe in conserving energy & water, would really appreciate your understanding in this matter. For long term stays - We pay up to 7500/- rupees (Approximately 100 USD) towards the electricity bill. Anything over & above that will be paid by the guests directly.
