My cool and comfortable two bedroom apartment has a true city feeling! It comfortably fits 4-6 people and it is centrally located on a quiet street ( it is not in touristic part of town) just 15 min walk from beach Kolovare. The space APARTMENT DESCRIPTION Apartment is located in Zadar (Bulevar) is 15 min by walk from the most important contents (bus station, shopping mals, beach, discotheque,bars, bancomat, restaurants. Driving to the center takes less then 3min or 25min walk . It contains kitchen (oven, dishwasher, cooking on two plates on electricity, (gas is not working), bathroom,one bedroom-double bed (160*200), second bedroom- two single beds, which can be put next to each other to make double king size bed (200 * 200) living room with couch where can sleep one person-child (140*190), dining room has air condition, wireles internet, tv, dish washer, washing machine, modern and new furniture. The apartment is not located in touristic part of town, it is in quiet neighborhood. This new and modern apartment, where everything is in top condition, has also a wonderful, sunny balcony which can be also used as a dining area and where you can enjoy a bottle of wine on a warm summer's evening. On the groundfloor of the residence there are several daytime bars where you can enjoy in your morning coffee. SURROUNDINGS, BEACH Zadar is quite an exceptional town and an interesting foundation for a fascinating and different vacation as there are numerous sightseeing opportunities nearby. The beach closest to the apartment is town beach named Kolovare and about 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Other things to note If you are not a walking type (15 min to the beach and 25 min to the old town) the car is reccomended!! Wit car everything is in 2 min distance
