This apartment is perfect for 2 people. It has double bedroom, sitting and wardrobe rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Each room has a window and lots of light. The apartment has everything you need for everyday life. In 30 min walk from Plaza Mayor. The space The flat in on the 2nd (last floor of the small nice building from the 70s) in the part of Madrid what is called Puerta del Angel and in 10 min walk from the metro station Puerta del Angel. It has view from all its windows to the city and the sky. The area is very quite and you can hear birds singing in the morning also because in 2 min walk from the house there is a park called Caramuel. In fact to walk from the house to Plaza Mayor will take you 30 min. You go dawn from the house to the park Caramuel, cross the park and you will be on Madrid River with a view to the Royal Palace, then you have to cross the bridge Segovia and will be in the very heart of Madrid. The walk is very pleasant with beautiful views. It is very quite in the area at night so you will sleep well and in the morning the sun will be entering your bedroom and the sitting room (if you leave the curtains open). Windows from the bedroom and sitting room look to the east and windows of the wardrobe room, kitchen and bathroom look to the West. So, the light is always in the house.
