Set in a sheltered and quiet valley with abundant wildlife, a river, forest and views of the Magaliesberg mountains, The Cosy Caravan is a rustic , tiny home living experience for those seeking connection with Self, Nature or a beloved Other. The space The caravan is set in a secluded spot amongst indigenous trees. It opens out onto a stoep that offers spacious views of the valley and the distant Magaliesberg mountains. The outdoor kitchen, lounge and dining area is where you will want to spend most of your time as you take in the quiet and sounds of nature. The caravan is semi-off grid. The kitchen has a bar-fridge and plug-point. The caravan has a double bed and the seating areas converts into a single bed. Please note that as caravans aren't as insulated as houses, it gets cold on winter nights. We have hot water bottles and a gas heater to keep you cosy. Behind the caravan is a an open air warm water shower amongst the trees as well as the ever-popular toilet with a view of the bush. Guest access You will have the caravan and surrounds to yourself. Other things to note We recommend bringing a few torches / camp lights /flashlight. There is a good Vodacom 4G signal on the farm. No need to bring bottled water; our fresh water comes from a borehole and is lovely to drink. Mosquito repellent is a must.
