Villa with sauna & pool in private park for groups

Our modern furnished guest house in the private park is ideal for large groups, families and colleagues. The 12.50-meter pool, sauna, and a large outdoor area with gas grill invite you to relax undisturbed. Peaceful dog's are also welcome. The house is exclusively and individually available to each group. We live in the separate main house and guarantee discretion with helpfulness. Bad Salzhausen is centrally located and easily accessible by car and train. The space Our living area on the ground floor impresses with modern elegance with elegant individual pieces and is at the same time very cozy. Colorful carpets, pillows, cuddly blankets and pictures provide a homey atmosphere. All walls were freshly painted in October 2025. Larger groups in particular will appreciate that the 260 sqm house offers sufficient space, even if the group wants to split up. This allows you a large living/dining room, in which you can also play board games on the large glass dining table. In the sofa corner, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV. The sofa is large enough for one person to sleep. The living room has two exterior doors: to the garden and to the terrace. Powerful Wi-Fi enables conferences and workshops, projectors and flipcharts are provided. Another living room in front of the kitchen is invitingly furnished with a solid cherry wood table, seating and a sofa (also extendable to a double bed) as well as a modern sideboard. In addition, there is a large kitchen on the ground floor with fridge/freezer combination, 2 two-plate stoves (ceramic and electric), toaster, smoothie maker from Zwilling, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and lots of dishes and cooking utensils such as a knife block from Zwilling. For a good coffee in the morning, you have the choice between a Nespresso machine from De Longhi and a filter coffee machine. Two spacious guest toilets ensure that "queuing" does not occur here in the morning. On the upper sleeping floor, our guests will find 3 cozy apartments with comfortable beds (a total of 8 sleeping places) and another room for 2 people. Each room has a modern shower room. The apartments are each equipped with a kitchenette. All rooms are flooded with light and offer a magnificent view of the park that surrounds the house. In the natural private park (9,000 m²) you will find an old tree population. The garden area of the guest house and the terrace can be used for barbecuing, playing or sunbathing. A Napoleon gas grill is available for our guests. Conclusion: The villa is ideally suited for family reunions, groups of up to 12 people and colleagues who want to exchange ideas undisturbed. Guest access You have access to the garden surrounding the guest house and your private terrace. By arrangement, you can use our 12.50-meter swimming pool, our fitness corner and our sauna in the afternoon for up to three hours. Our pool was set up for active swimmers and has a pleasant water temperature of 26°. This is to follow the recommendation of the German company for bathing. However, it is not a thermal bath. The pool area is accessible via an outside staircase, it is located below the privately occupied main house. Swimming is included, for the sauna we charge €30 per commissioning. You will find parking in front of the property, which is usually closed with a gate. For arrival and departure you can drive your cars in front of the house. We are happy to open the gate so you are comfortable. Other things to note For family celebrations or conferences in a special setting, we also provide guests with a spacious and elegant festive space. He has direct access to the guest villa and the terrace.
