Nice 2 rooms 2 minutes from the beach!

Charming 2-room apartment, refurbished this year, with terrace on the first floor of a small building (2 levels). Very functional apartment in which I usually spend my holidays. I want guests to feel as comfortable as at home! The space Charming 2-room apartment located 2 minutes from the beach, on the first floor of a residence. The apartment, refurbished this year, includes: - A living room with equipped kitchen, The living room includes a sofa bed, dining table, TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. - A bedroom with a sofa bed (2 x 80), - A bathroom with shower cubicle, - A separate toilet, - A terrace with garden furniture. - A bicycle room (shared). During each rental, I wash mattress covers, bedspreads, cushion covers, shower mats and dish towels. I draw your attention to the fact that bed linen and towels are not provided unless expressly requested (+ €25 for sheets for each bed + 4 towels + 2 tea towels + hand towels) Guest access Some parking spaces available at the foot of the building. Other things to note reservation is only by the week in July and August.
