♥ With Lovely Patio In a Cool Garden ♥ A tastefully decorated apartment of two well separated rooms, in a very convenient location - 180m the main port of Skopelos. Ideal for those who would like to be in town, close to all amenities, shops and seafront. The space No car needed. ● INSIDE - Living room offers a corner built-in sofa, which can accommodate a third adult or two children. The kitchen (in the same area) has been recently renovated. It has several cupboards, a small fridge, sink, ceramic hobs, oven, extractor fan, kettle, plunger coffee/tea maker and washing machine. Other extras are available, such as mosquito plug in appliance and coils, candles, books, flat screen TV, detergents, etc. - The well separated bedroom has double bed (150cm × 200cm) with comfortable brand new mattress, bedside tables with lights, wardrobe and AC unit. - The small, fully tiled bathroom (on the hallway between the two rooms) comprises shower with handheld shower head, basin and wc. ● OUTSIDE - French door from living room leads out to a private covered patio into the garden. This lovely and cool area, with long chestnut table and comfortable seating, is the place where our guests spend most of their time, reading, dining or just relaxing. - Just minutes away, there are two neighbouring swimming pools. Our guests can use their facilities, providing drinks are purchased at the poolside bars. Guest access Our guests can use all parts of the space (indoor and outdoor). The garden patio is private. Other things to note - The house is 3 minutes on foot from the Main Port of Skopelos. If you travel 'heavy' let us know to offer help with your luggage. - A member of my family, either me personally, will wait upon your arrival at the front door of the apartment to meet and greet you, show you the place and how things work, and answer any questions you may have. - All our 100% cotton linen and towels are home washed with care and dried under the Greek sun. - If you need anything extra, please let us know.
