Very attractive apartment in Milan - Navigli area

A very comfortable and cozy apartment indeed, in the attractive and historical Navigli area. It sleeps up to 6 people in 5 separate beds (one is a pull-out) in three separate sleeping areas (one is the living room), with a full bathroom and a kitchen. we support the "Love Sustainability " campaign. Check-in after midnight is not always possible and needs to be agreed upon (+50€). The space The apartment is located along Corso San Gottardo, in the heart of the Ticinese/Navigli area in Milan, right in front of the Mahler Auditorium. It is a 100-m2 bright, autumn-coloured and "woody" apartment (harwood floors and internal doors), with interesting furniture. It is composed of a large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window and shower, a large master bedroom, a small bedroom and a living room (without TV) with relaxing sofas which can be transformed either into three comfortable single beds (one of which is a comfortable pull-out) or into a single bed and a double bed; a movable screen offers some privacy to those sleeping in the living room. It is well connected to the public transportation system: tram 3 and bus 59 stop right at the corner, filobus 90-91 and tram 15 are within 5 minutes' walk, metro stations of the M2 line (Romolo and Porta Genova, green line) are within 15 and 20 minutes by foot (5-10 min by bus). A taxi stand is located 50m away, and three bike sharing stations are within two and three blocks. A private parking lot is within 100m. This is an historical neighbourhood, with traditional buildings, near the Bocconi and IULM universities, the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA) and the Navigli (Milan's canals). The owner is happy to offer suggestions on how to enjoy the area (cafes, shops, restaurants, auditorium, public park and public library) and the rest of the city. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The owner will welcome them and provide the keys. Other things to note The apartment is provided with fans but no air conditioning: it is hot in torrid summer days. One can hear the street noise when windows are open.
