Dale Brisby has opened his warehouse to the public—now you can stay where the action happens! This roomy one-bedroom, one-bath studio sleeps five and sits just 15 feet from the DaleWearHouse. The historic building keeps its original brick walls and modern comforts. You might hear a little morning traffic—it’s just the sounds of small-town Texas waking up! The space This open-concept studio features one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed, and a double futon—comfortably sleeping up to five guests. Enjoy a full kitchen with all essentials, a bathroom with a shower (no tub), and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire studio. You’ll have the space all to yourself, including the bedroom area, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. No shared spaces — make yourself at home!
