Stunning Modern, Spacious, Sea Views in Sea Point!

Our family friendly home is situated on Ocean View Drive in Sea Point and is a beautiful synergy of wood, glass & steel. The views from the top floor to the right of us are exquisite stretching to Robben Island & Tableview. Our location is perfectly located ten minutes drive/Uber ride from almost everywhere - Camps Bay & Clifton beaches, V&A Waterfront & amazing restaurants in the CBD! You can even take a five minute stroll down to the beautiful promenade. The space The full house is available for you to use during your stay so it’s your home away from home:) Our house has top of the range security including electric fencing & beams around our perimeter as well as an alarm system connected to 24 hour armed response. In South Africa we have a highly frustrating thing called “load shedding” which is when the electricity is switched off sometimes during the day to relieve the national electricity grid - but rest assured we have an inverter and security, lights, TVs and Wi-Fi remain active 👍🏽 The house comes with my wonderful cleaner every weekday morning (except public holidays), free of charge. Cleaning can be booked for weekends/public holidays at an additional weekend rate. Please ask for this in advance so it can be arranged. If you have children then they will love the toys, space & huge trampoline available to them! We also have a fantastic babysitter that can be arranged for you at an additional fee. There is a garage with direct access to the house with parking for two cars. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. Two bathrooms are en suite. The 3rd bathroom has a shower and bath. The 4th & 5th bathrooms are guest toilets with toilet and basin (WC). There are two air conditioning units on the upstairs floor to service the kitchen, dining room & lounge areas. All 5 bedrooms now have air conditioning. * Please note the house is in a residential area and out of respect to our neighbors no loud music is allowed * NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER are allowed in our home * NO SMOKING Guest access The entire home and garden is available to guests. Other things to note THIS HOUSE COMES WITH A DAILY CLEANER (WEEKDAYS) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. No cleaning on weekends or public holidays. If you would like cleaning on the weekends/public holidays this can be booked at an additional fee.
