Sunny Downtown 2 Bed Apt, Parking with EV charger

This apartment is centrally located in the trendy West End neighborhood of Portland, minutes away from great restaurants, coffee shops, museums and a 15-minute walk or a 5min taxi ride to the Old Port. An off-street parking spot is included. The apartment entry is entirely keyless and painless! The space This is a 2nd floor apartment with a shared entrance to the building, filled with sunlight all day long. The first bedroom has a LLBean queen size bed with comfortable memory foam and is very close to the kitchen and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a very sturdy Pottery Barn full size bed and the living sofa pulls out into a full/queen size bed. Both has black out shades to ensure privacy and a great night's sleep. The masterbed has a stand up desk in case you want to WFH from our beautiful city. The living room is spacious and connected to a fully renovated kitchen as of March 2021. We have a gigantic roku TV which you can cast your fav. show on to relax after a long day exploring Portland. We accept dogs and pets with an additional 30USD cleaning charge. Pets are not allowed on sofa and bed. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your use. There will be a locked utility closet where we store all the cleaning products. Other things to note There is 1 designated parking spot for you in the back of the building. We provide a towel and a wash cloth per guest along with fresh linens. There will be a small charge for additional linen and towel requests.
