Luxury townhome, movie room & private garage

Gated community with a golf course with night security patrols. The town home has 3 bedrooms: a large king suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and a guest room with a sofa bed and movie theatre setup. Full kitchen has a premium appliances, two dining tables, filtered water and bar seating. Parking includes a single-car parking garage, driveway, and block driveway. Washer/dryer combo. Fiber internet. Flexible cancelation for state and federal workers. The space BEDROOMS: The large master bedroom suite has a new king size memory foam bed. It also has a very large walk-in closet and attached private bathroom. It also includes a 43” Samsung smart TV and working desk. The guest bedroom has a queen pillow-top spring mattress, standard closet, and a full bathroom adjacent to it. MOVIE ROOM: Across the hall from the guest bedroom is a another bedroom that I converted into a movie room. The Samsung 4KTV has a huge library of movies that you can stream using my VUDU account, Hulu, and HBO Max. The sofa also has a 6’x5’ spring mattress. It has a surround system and subwoofer for the full movie experience. You can also bring your own personal streaming device or sign-in to your own accounts if you’d like. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a Samsung black-stainless propane stove, convection oven, refrigerator with filtered water/ice, over the range microwave, slice toaster, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker. You will find the basic cooking essentials in the cabinets: cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are also provided. Long term stays are expected to purchase their own supplies if they run out. SMART TECHNOLOGY: The Nest Thermostat and all light bulbs are both controllable by Echo throughout the home. I will provide instructions on how to use them. (Or if you don’t like them, you can simply unplug their power cords.) BBQ GRILLS: I have a gas grill available for guest use. Please scrub the grill grate and throw the grease away if you do use it. Or you can pay a $15 cleaning fee for our cleaners to clean it for you. RESTROOMS: We usually leave out spare essentials: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, q-tips, and cotton swabs. WASHER/DRYER: The washer and gas dryer are in unit. Two complimentary pods are provided. Please don’t mix laundry whites with colors. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is quiet - mostly retired Winter Texans (aka Snow Birds) and hispanic families. It is located on a golf course that has ducks and birds and the lakes. It is a great place to birdwatch and take a stroll after the golf course closes in the evening. There is a picnic area with BBQ grills next to the HOA community center that guests may use for a group cookout. The community center is temporarily closed due to staff shortages. SECURITY: There is only one way in and out of the community - through a front gate that records all vehicles entering/exiting. The grounds are patrolled by an armed guard from 8pm-6am. I work very hard to provide you with an excellent travel experience. Let me know if you need anything to make your stay more amazing. Your host, Joshua Guest access The entire townhome is available for guests, including the garage. The community pool and gym are available for all guests. Their hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 9am to 8pm. The golf course lakes and walking paths are available for guests to enjoy after sunset. During the day, only paid golfers are allowed to use those, but there are plenty of quiet neighborhood streets if guests want to take a stroll. Other things to note My home is rated sparkling clean by guests because of my hardworking cleaning crew. They clean and disinfect all areas. The correct # of guests should be on the reservation and any visitors should be requested in advance to the host. For example, if you book for 2 people, there should be 2 people in the home. This helps keep our cleanings predictable and priced according to the booking and guest fees. There are four security cameras and a video doorbell on the outside of the home for your protection. However, the inside is private.
