An excellent option also in winter as the property's location has easy access to the old road to Cerro Catedral, which allows a faster arrival to the ski center avoiding much of the daily traffic. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an integrated living/dining room and a kitchen separated by a bar. Room (1) with super queen size bed and full bathroom (bathroom 1). All its super bright spaces overlooking the garden and imposing view of the hills. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, two of which have a queen size sommier bed and the master bedroom has a king size sommier en suite, with a full bathroom and dressing room. Also on the top floor there is a second full bathroom overlooking the mountains. From all the upstairs rooms (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) you can see the lake and the mountains. Garden with automatic irrigation, deck with stove and grill. Gate with access for 2 vehicles. Closed, private and secure fence around its perimeter. Guest access The entire accommodation is rented so you can have access to all areas.
