Whether you’re here for a hospital contract, a family visit, or a weekend reset, this home is set up for real life: good sleep, a comfy place to land, and the kind of neighborhood you’ll want to explore on foot. ✶ LIVING ROOM + DINING (Floor 1) ✶ Step into a cozy living space made for decompression—sink into the sofa, put on a show on the SmartTV, and let the day fade. The Bluetooth sound system makes it easy to set the vibe (coffee + playlists in the morning, wine + jazz at night). A dining table for four is ready for meals, cards, or laptop time. ✶ KITCHEN (Floor 1) ✶ The Euro-style kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Sleek appliances, the essentials you actually use, and an in-kitchen washer/dryer combo—perfect for longer stays and lighter packing. The stairwell between floors 1 and 2 is open; the railing must be used at all times. Children + elderly must be accompanied. Temperatures vary by floor (1st is typically cooler; 3rd is typically warmest). Neighbors live on either side—normal city/townhouse sound may occur. Street parking is competitive on the block after ~7 pm. Broadway (1 block away) often has better availability. Early check-in/late check-out must be requested in-platform and approved. Standard is 4 pm check-in / 10 am check-out. For stays over 1 month, a monthly professional cleaning is required to maintain the home’s condition. Must be 25+ to book. All guests 18+ must submit a government-issued ID prior to arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the private fenced yard and both entrances (front + rear patio). Entry is via a smart lock, with a unique code provided after the rental forms are completed and all guests 18+ submit government-issued ID for verification.
