Dear Traveler, Welcome to Robinson House, a place true to the original spirit of Airbnb: simple, friendly and human. You will be welcomed there facing the beaches of Prado in a small shared apartment on the ground floor with terrace, eco-friendly and non-smoking. In addition to our health and wellness activities, we offer short-term participatory accommodation in a single room and mezzanine. Our place is located 30 minutes by bus from the city center, Mucem and the creeks Namaste! :-) The space Our place is located on the ground floor, on a quiet street 100 meters from the Prado beaches. It has a maximum capacity of six people, through: - two double beds on and under a large recessed mezzanine, closed by sliding curtains that preserve the privacy of their occupants - a double bed in a private room with a lockable door Extra beds are available for children over ten years old We favor hosting national and international students on internships or in the process of enrolling, newcomers wishing to settle in Marseille, and alternative vacationers open to social life. Living spaces are conducive to rest, relaxation and work. You will have access to the entire accommodation and its outdoor areas: terrace, courtyard, laundry room. Our rules of life ask to make less noise from ten o'clock in the evening until ten o'clock in the morning, and silence from midnight to eight o'clock. The shutters are open when the day breaks. Long-term residents participate in weekly housekeeping. Basic household and culinary products are included in the rental. You can make your own meals in the equipped kitchen, or share them with passing guests. Please remember to empty the recycling bins in the places that will be indicated to you! Guest access The Robinson House is 150 m from the Stade Nautique stop of Bus 83, which connects to the Old Port and the Velodrome stadium along the waterfront. Thanks to this bus, the old port is 20 minutes away, the MUCEM is 25 minutes away, and the stadium is 15 minutes away (multiply the time by 2.5 if you prefer to walk - the walk is pleasant). You can also take public e-bikes nearby at the Roucas Nautical Base Station. Parking is free at our address, and easy out of season, but more complicated in the middle of summer. Paid surface parking is also available in a side street of the avenue at the bottom of our street, for a fixed price of €5 per day. We have a vehicle if needed and can make you pricing proposals if there is a specific need. Other things to note Many seaside and sports activities are located in the immediate vicinity of the house: beaches with summer entertainment, sailing school in front of the house, sea tour on old rigging, skate park, jogging on the cliff... You can also participate in our own activities if you wish: - kayak and dinghy rides - themed excursions - yoga coaching - wellness massage (on chair, sports on floor, on table) Robinson House is also an educational and creative space where you and your children can benefit from visual art and environmental awareness workshops. Finally, please note that the place can be used for co-working during the day. We can provide you with high-speed internet thanks to our fiber connection, printing solutions, a worktop that can accommodate up to four people, A4 and A3 color printing solutions.
