Follow us also on @moradas_do_costão The space Our space has a large deck with a beautiful sea view, a very nice space to relax and have breakfast outdoors. A heated Jacuzzi (ideal for colder days as well) with capacity for up to 5 people, with hydro-massage and chromotherapy, outdoors, surrounded by native forest, with a view of the sea and private. THE HOUSE HAS ON THE FLOOR BELOW: Full Kitchen Living room with 32-inch Smart TV Bathroom with box blindex Barbecue area with all utensils. ON THE UPPER FLOOR: Two bedrooms - both with a balcony with a beautiful sea view and air conditioning. Living room with 1 comfortable double sofa bed. ALL SPACE IN THIS HOUSE IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE, NOT SHARED. Guest access Access to the house is made by the staircase right in front of the house (with wide steps) or the side ramp with total privacy. The car can be parked in front of the house, in the covered garage or aft on the side ramp, with a view from the top of the house. The street is dead-end, with traffic only from locals. Near the house has a supermarket, bakery and bar/restaurant, with quick access on foot, just follow the left side. At 1km you can also find more options of supermarkets, bakeries, hortifruti, 24h pharmacy, restaurants, bars, fish market, among others. Bring repellent, as it is an area in the midst of nature, it has mosquitoes. To access Prainha Maria Rosa, just follow a few meters to the right side of the street, a quiet walk that can extend through the right coast of the beach. To access Praia de Fora, just follow the street on the left side, 400 m approx..
