Perfectly nestled ridgetop within the sought after Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg you will find the cutest little log cabin. This is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a loft. Enjoy the wraparound deck, grill and gameroom. Tucked amid regal oaks, this secluded hideaway boasts front-row views of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This cabin like many others in the mountains has satellite internet which may or may not work and can be very slow when it is working. The space Blue Heron is a 1BR/1.5BA true log cabin nestled on a ridgetop within the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community. Tucked amid regal oaks, this secluded hideaway boasts front-row views of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Enjoy the dazzling scenery from the wraparound deck, or recharge amid the serenity while taking a dip in the private hot tub. The stylish interior includes modern mountain décor and hardwood floors, as well as plenty of space to entertain with a living area and lofted game room. When venturing out, you’ll find Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park within easy reach. LIVING AREA Relax in the open living area. Get cozy by the gas fireplace with stone surround and watch a Blu-ray movie on the 42” HDTV -- complete with surround sound. A lofted game room creates even more social space. Shoot pool or play video games on the 37” HDTV, equipped with an Xbox 360 and Blu-ray. An oversized leather armchair. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features all-new stainless steel appliances. Helpful gadgets include a toaster, blender, and Keurig. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS Sleep soundly in a king bed in the well-appointed bedroom. This room includes a luxe jetted tub as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath is also located upstairs next to the game room. OUTDOOR AREAS Fire up the charcoal grill out front and have a family barbecue at the picnic table (Charcoal and lighter not provided). After your cookout, head to the wraparound deck and kick back on two rocking chairs or the quaint swing. Enjoy the tranquil forested setting with views of the mountains in the distance. As evening falls, take an indulgent soak in the bubbling hot tub under the stars. LOCATION Just off the Arts and Crafts Loop, your rental combines a quiet locale with easy access to a plethora of local attractions. FIRE PLACE There is a seasonal gas fireplace in our cabin, it is operational from October – April. Other things to note The road to this cabin is a single lane road. When two vehicles are approaching at once, one must move over to the side so the other can pass. This is very typical for mountain roads in the Great Smoky Mountains. This cabin like most Smoky Mountain cabins has satellite internet which may or may not work and can be very slow.
