Featuring a separate bedroom (with partition) and a gas fireplace to cozy up to on the newly furnished sleeper-sofa, this is the perfect spot for you and your friends or loved ones to relax and unwind after an adventurous day in Crested Butte! The space **Prior to booking, please see all disclosures at the bottom of this listing** ABOUT THE LOCATION: This suite is located in The Grand Lodge, at the base area of CBMR, with rare amenities that include: Budget-Friendly Ski In/Out – while not directly on the slopes, you’ll be a quick and easy walk to the main lifts, all without the hassle of hauling your own gear! Ski & Bike Valet – bikes and skis are not permitted inside the unit. Check your gear with the hotel staff when you first arrive then pick-up/drop-off at the resort kiosk during normal business hours. The kiosk is just a short walk (0.2) miles from the entrance of the building and another 50ft to the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. **Please note this service may no longer be offered for Winter 2025** Heated Indoor/Outdoor Pool with Hot Tub - open year-round for your enjoyment. ADA accessible with featured lift chair. Free Town Shuttles to Explore the Area – avoid the hassle of parking in town and leave your vehicle in the lot. Mountaineer Square, the main transportation hub for the Mt. CB/CB area, is just 50ft from the main entrance with shuttles that run as often as every 15 minutes in the summer and winter seasons. A convenience store, liquor store, and deli are all directly across the street from the main entrance of the building, just a short walk away! ABOUT THE SPACE: You’ll enter into the bedroom area featuring a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, two nightstands, a large dresser, and a flat screen TV. From there, you’ll pass the bathroom and closet before a large window welcomes you to the spacious living area featuring a fully stocked kitchenette, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, coffee table, dining table, and second large dresser with flat screen TV. While technically a 1bed/1bath unit, another bathroom (public) can be found in the outside hallway, just a few steps from the front door. An ice machine and elevators are just around the corner. DISCLOSURES: Pet Disclosure: This building, except for some ground floor units and owner usage, is strictly Certified Service Animals only. We are not able to accommodate pets or Emotional Support Animals. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to immediately leave the property if you are found to be in violation of this rule. Parking Disclosure: Guests are provided with and strictly limited to one (1) parking pass per current HOA regulations. AC Disclosure: Like most of Gunnison County, this condo does not have air conditioning available. Two ceiling fans and a portable box fan are in the unit along with a large screened window. Pool, Hot Tub & Other Amenities Disclosure: Your hosts do not control or manage the amenities this building offers and cannot be held liable in the event some or all are not in working order, or at your desired temperatures, during all or part of your stay. All amenities are subject to unexpected closures, but please reach out if there's a significant issue directly affecting your stay and we'll do our best to remedy the situation as best we can. Posted Signage Disclosure: Guests are not permitted to post any signage in or outside the property without written approval from your host. This includes but is not limited to private or public facing material on walls or windows, yard signs, holiday decorations, etc. Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) is currently open for the 2025/26 Winter/Spring Ski season with a tentative closing date of April 5, 2026.
