Five bedrooms and three baths comprise the main floor and upstairs of the home. Main floor has lg master bedroom (king bed) & bath, 2 additional bedrooms (1-queen bed, 1-2 twin beds), 2nd full bath, very large kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room and family room. A see-thru fireplace separates living room and family room. Hardwood floors accent galley, kitchen and family room. A glassed-in solarium spans the south side of the home that opens via french doors to master, living room and family room. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms (one bedroom also has a queen bed and trundle 2nd bedroom has full bed), 1 bath, common area, kitchenette and peek-a-boo terrace with view of mountains and city lights. Futons are available in solarium and upstairs common area. A front courtyard is perfect for grilling, dining and relaxing, weather permitting. Guest access Guests have access to main house, upstairs, side deck and front courtyard. Other things to note This 30-year-old home is slowly being renovated to update it from its' early-80's construction, but doing so is ongoing. Antiques, family treasures, garage-sale scores and brand new custom pieces comprise the eclectic interior.
