The space Renovated in 2020 by owner/architect, this unique ground-level apartment provides easy access in and out and is perfect for short jaunts or longer stays in Cuenca, and has been remodeled with both design and mobility in mind including wider doorways to the bedroom and bath, opened up spaces and exposed beams and bricks. The master bedroom has a generous space with a super comfy king sized bed, a 43" Android TV w/ Neftlix & Youtube, and double-pane glass for insulation from sound and the cool nights. The second bedroom has plenty of extra storage space. There is a dedicated kitchen, 6-person dining room, and a living room with custom-made sofa, 43" TV w/ Netflix, desk & chair. Guest access Enjoy easy self check-in and checkout! You’ll receive an access code for both the building and apartment 24 hours before check-in. Apartment #3 is located at the front of our building with a single step up to the shared front patio directly from our parking area. The entire apartment, including a private in-apartment laundry room, is reserved exclusively for you. Other things to note Please coordinate with us prior to reservation if you're bringing a vehicle, parking is available on a limited basis.
