Bochum Mitte, near the stadium & Bermuda Triangle

The apartment is located directly in the city center, which can be reached in 5 minutes, as well as the subway station Rathaus Nord or the city park. Stadium and RuhrCongress Halle are 1.5 km away and the Bermuda Triangle only 850 m. In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants and shopping facilities. I usually use the apartment myself, so there are many private things in it, but they can be shared, such as food, ingredients and hygiene items. The space My apartment has a separate bedroom with a desk and adjoining balcony, a small bathroom with a shower tub and a kitchen-living room with a small kitchenette that can be shared. There is also a small balcony that is ideal for barbecuing. Other things to note The house is located right next to railway tracks, on which freight trains run at a reduced speed. However, the windows of the apartment are well insulated, so the noise is well attenuated. Netflix, Disney plus and Amazon Prime are available to guests on my TV (unless something is purchased on your own). My SodaStream and my coffee machine can be used as long as the consumption is not above average. We can discuss check-in and check-out together, as I may still use the apartment myself until a certain time (university, etc.)
