This Southern 1945 renovated home is just 2.5 miles off I-75 making this a convenient stop if you are traveling. The space The space is has large windows in the family room and kitchen looking over the Cumberland mountains. There are 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between them. The bedrooms have new queen beds as of 2021 and the house has new Samsung kitchen appliances and a new vanity in the bathroom. If you need to work remotely we have super-fast wifi compared to the surrounding area with 360 Mbps speed. This year 2023 we painted the exterior, changed all the ceiling fans, updated the internal door handles and locks, new kivik ikea sofa, updated the internet from 100 mbps to 360 mbps, updated the furniture and we got new gotham steal non stick pans.
