Full backup power and water The space We have a 16kva inverter with solar and backup batteries. The water supply is filtered and has backup. The pool is heated from a large heat pump, but it may not run during load shedding (we'll try to accommodate as best we can). Please request ahead of time if you wish to have the pool heated. Guest access You'll have full access to the flat and all the outside living areas. The house is within walking distance to the club house, which offers themed evenings, a high quality menu and a massive jungle gym for the kids. Parking is available for 2 vehicles on site. Other things to note Irene farm is next door...offering fresh dairy products and a farm animal experience. The Big Red Barn (great for kids too) is a short cycle away, which offers canopy tours, MTB Trails, running Trails and restaurants (also featuring the Irene Market). There are tennis courts and squash courts at the club. We have spare basic racquets available. We also have 2 spare golf bags with a mix of clubs if needed.
