Beautiful Boutique Cottage 10mins walk from beach

A beautiful traditional cottage with private south facing garden and only a 10 minute walk from the North Norfolk beaches. Sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (3rd child by prior arrangement in upstairs sitting room), with 2 wonderful bathrooms, sitting room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room, utility room and private covered patio and it all looks out onto the garden and field beyond. An amazing space to enjoy for all the family with masses of activities and places to eat nearby. The space The Cottage has been decorated in a classic, contemporary style with comfort in mind. The beds are super comfy and although close to the road, there is peace and quiet inside the cottage and in the garden. Ground floor bedroom is super king, upstairs bedroom can be super king or twin. If there are further children the upstairs sitting room can be moved around to make 2 more single put up beds for young children. Ample parking. Covered patio area with outside lighting and beautiful open sky views and views across the pasture. Guest access The whole cottage is for your private use. You might see us as we live in next door property. Supermarket deliveries available to the property. Parking for 2 to 3 cars next to the cottage. Other things to note The Cottage has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. We do not offer a utility room, I am afraid, as this is used for storage as the cottage can also be turned in to 2 B&B Suites when not being used as a self-catering cottage. A hot tub could be hired separately - with our consent - there will be an additional charge from us for the water and electricity to heat it as well as the cost of the hire of the hot tub.
