A comfortable king size bed will ensure a good nights sleep. Perfect for anglers, we offer ample parking and a dedicated area to clean your boat. We have a gas grill on our patio for our cooking needs. This studio offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with a king bed, double bed, and a futon that can be converted into a bed. The living area accommodates all the beds, and there is no separate bedroom. The bathroom features a full tile stand-up shower, and the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy the outdoors on our fully furnished shaded patio, complete with a gas grill for your use and plenty of comfortable seating. I live in the upper floor of the house. There are golf carts for rent, but keep in mind that you will need a street legal cart to use on highway 24.
