The space This 600 sq ft clean, bright cottage will easily accommodate 2 adults. It has a smaller septic field so only two guests can be accommodated. Each bedroom has a handy closet to hang clothing and store luggage. The bathroom is small but has lots of storage for your personal items. Guest access Being centrally located - 25 minutes to downtown Sydney and 12 minutes to North Sydney is one of our best features…next to being 100 feet from the waters of Bras d’Or. Guests will need their own vehicle and can park right next to the cottage. This is an ideal spot to launch your kayak so make sure to bring it if you have one! Other things to note There is a DVD player and a selection of movies to watch along with satellite tv that has a nice variety of channels. A reverse osmosis water purification system has been installed so purchasing bottled water is not necessary. There is a small amount of regular ground coffee and decaf ground coffee provided to get you through your first day or two. You will also find a small amount of tea bags, cooking oil and basic spices. The cottage has recently been remodelled and we are excited to offer our hidden gem to vacationers from near and far!
