This is a clean, cozy home that is located about ten min from downtown Sumter. The house is located on a main roadway which makes it very convenient for travelers. There are several shopping and dining options nearby including Wal mart, Starbucks, and others. The space This is an older home situated on the outside of the business district of Sumter. There is a carport, small front porch, and back yard. The parking area features gravel and a grass path to either the garage door or the front door. The living room is a common area and has a full sized couch, two large recliners, and a chair. There is a dining table with several chairs which can be utilized for dining or a workspace if you would like to set up your laptop there. The kitchen features a microwave, oven, stove, double sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes, intensive and refrigerator for your use. Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes, please. There is a washer and dryer for your use on site. Please clean the lint trap after each use. The bathroom has a tub, shower, single sink, mirror and toilet. There is a hair dryer and shampoo just in case you forgot yours. The bedroom is fairly simple. There is a single full wall closet, a platform queen sized bed,a nightstand, diffuser, and smart TV. Guest access Guests are welcome to access all common areas of the house. The bedrooms are equipped with digital door knobs for which each guest has their own code given upon checkin. During your stay We are typically not at this home as it is used as a rental property. Your houseguests will likely be other Airbnb travelers. I am always available by phone or email and can most definitely come to the house if there are issues that need to be resolved. I am never bothered by receiving communications from guests, even if you just want to let me know that you arrived, any questions you may have, or to let me know you're leaving and give some feedback.
