Description
It’s a trendy fresh house near Kelso in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Windy Neuk offers a ground level bedroom and one upstairs. Ample parking right outside the door. It’s connected to beautiful walks and is on private grounds. 15min walk to the centre of Kelso. 10min walk to spring wood Show Ground. Drive to any border town within 30min. Large fenced off garden and beautiful views from all windows. Get in touch if your dates are not available as I may open up some dates depending. The space The living area is open plan and has a sunny aspect with views of the garden and countryside beyond. There is lots of information and maps of the local area. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a good selection of cooking utensils. There is sufficient crockery for 8 people. Beds are made up and towels are provided. When let to 2 guests one bedroom will be available. Guests can opt for double or twin room. If each guests requires a room each please select 3 guest option. Price will be increased a little to allow for cleaning of two rooms and bathrooms. My bedroom will be closed off in a part of the house that isn’t required to be in. Every other room can be used and the gym at your own risk, I take no responsibility for the use of this facility wrongly. Guest access There are grassed areas to the front back and sides of the accommodation. 2 path ways to enter the property, one at the front of the propery and one at the side. A barbecue is available. The front garden overlooks the Eildon Hills We have horses in the field and guests love to feed them mints and carrots. Other things to note Additional charge of £20 for dogs. Dogs not allowed in bedrooms or up the stairs.
