The Bungalow at Lavender Passion Flower Farm
This is more than just a place to spend the night! The bungalow is a cozy and charming hideaway to just curl up and read a book. As you lie in bed, you can hear the calming sound of the stream and the bugling of the elk. There are many spots in the garden created just for comfort as you experience the day turn to dusk. Get ready as the bats begin their nightly flight and the sky fills up with stars! There are endless treasures to experience here as you wake up refreshed, renewed and relaxed. The space This is a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a Keurig, fresh water container and a small refrigerator. The bathhouse is a separate building just steps away from your door and is lighted at night. There is a full shower inside but you must experience the private outdoor shower when it is hot outside! Guest access Parking is near the bungalow. Look for the PARKING sign along the trees. I welcome you to stroll the beautiful lavender and perennial gardens and to relax and enjoy your complimentary coffee or tea on one of the many garden benches or bistro settings. There is also a gift shop on sight where I sell my aromatherapy bracelets, lavender essential oil and many more lavender items. There is a trail from the property to Mineral Lake or if you go in the other direction down the tree lined abandoned railroad tracks, it will take you to the Nisqually River. It is a stunning hike paralleling Mineral Creek. Headquarters Tavern is a 1/2 mile away and 20 miles to the Mount Rainier Southwest Entrance. Other things to note The Bungalow is one of 3 dwellings we host on the property. All dwellings look out to the lavender gardens and share the bathhouses, outdoor shower and firepit. Also, on the property are plenty of garden benches to take in the scents and sounds of your surroundings. Each dwelling is spaced far enough from each other for privacy but perfect for a friends gathering if all 3 reserved together. There is a Weber bbq grill for your use along with a portable sink and picnic tables. Happy to accommodate early check in and late checkout with advanced notice. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT MT. RAINIER, YOU MUST HAVE A RESERVATION TO GET INTO THE PARK!
