The location is in the heart of Oslo and it is close to everything. You can easily discover the city by foot and there are lots of sights nearby. The apartment is newly renovated, cosy, clean, green, and easy-living. We love using our sunny and calm balcony where you can enjoy the sun until around 20.00 in the summer period. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a newly renovated central building with elevator. It has three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one bedroom with a Queens size bed. One bed room also has room for assembling a single air mattress. One bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a a combined washing and drying machine. There is a spacious living room with sofa, two armchairs and a dining area with big table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster and more. The apartment is equipped with a with cable tv, Apple tv and high speed 100 mb/s internet. The balcony has room for about 6 people and is inward facing with no traffic. There is a gas-grill available for use. This is a non-smoking apartment; and, sorry, no pets allowed. Guest access Parking: If desired, there is an available parking space inside the building in the basement with available charging. Important that you notify us before arriving if you plan on using the parking. In addition there is street parking for additional cars, which require paying with an app, e.g., Easypark, and using payment group 2300. Walking: It takes 15 minutes of walking to get to the palace and the main street of Oslo. Public transport Important to buy a ticket on the "Ruter-app" before entering any public transport. Bus: The apartment is super central and has a bus stop (Sofies plass) 1 min walking outside the building which can take you with the 21 bus line to e.g., Aker brygge every 7 minute. The bus stop also has a direct bus to Oslo airport at least once an hour. Tram: About 5 min walking from the apartment there is a tram stop (Dalbergstien / Bislet) which has trams going downtown to Oslo S every 5-7 minutes. Subway: The closest subway is "Nationaltheateret" (The National Theatre) and is 15 minutes of walking from the apartment. It is also possible to take the airport train from here.
