The Tiny House

The Tiny House is a cozy, friendly, house on wheels in the middle of the nature, surrounded by mountains, with all the comfort of a home, yet just a short drive to the city of Brasov! Designed to accommodate a comfortable stay for couples, solo adventurers and people who love nature! It has an easy acces to winter sports in Poiana Brașov and also to summer activities like 4x4 tours, hiking, biking tours and many other outdoor activities. The space The Tiny House is an 15 m² open space, that can accomodate maximum 3 persons , with Bedroom and Living area, Kitchen and Bathroom. The Bedroom area has a lifted Queen size bed and an extendable sofa. The Kitchen provides cuttlery, plates, cups, glasses and cooking tools - electric hob, mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine. You will receive clean bed linen, towels, coffee, tea and Wi-fi. The Space has electric underfloor heating and air conditioning. Free parking at the location. Hot Tub Access The hot tub is private and available upon request, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Hot tub fee: • 200 lei / day - May to August • 250 lei / day - September to April Heating takes approximately 6–7 hours to reach 36 - 38°C. We prepare everything in advance. Guests only need to light the fire and add logs every ~40 minutes. A printed guide is available on site. If you need assistance or prefer that we handle the fire, please message us in advance. Guest access The Tiny House is part of The Landscape Barn Homes Resort, the access to the Resort is common and it is based on a code, for every cottage. (You will receive the code before check-in.) The Tiny House has a private hot tube, a covered terrace and a yard of 800 square meters surrounded by a wooden-metal fence (the electric fence is only on the outside and surrounds the entire resort on an area of ​​10.000 square meters.) Other things to note The resort is surrounded by an electric fence (only on the outside) on an area of ​​1 hectare, the cottage is surrounded by a wooden-metal fence on an area of ​​800 square meters. Please do not leave food waste outside as it attracts wildlife. Tap water is not suitable for drinking! Tiny House is nice and clean and we hope you keep it that way.
