Theres Tons of space in this magical retreat for you and your family to enjoy. Our home features a second master bungalow large enough to feel like its own secluded hideaway. Dining room is spacious enough to seat 8, with a newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances! $100 fee per pet. The space Note**********^ Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities. Rest assured, the home is completely cleaned, sanitized, thoroughly disinfected between all guests. We are also fully ventilating the property during that time frame. ^******** Our home is located 2 mins off the 99 freeway in the college area, the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Modesto. It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 minutes from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 3 big Smart TVs for all of your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply detergent and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike. Guest access 24 hour check in is available via smart lock. If I'm not available to meet at check-in time a smart key code will be sent to you. You'll have full access to all of the home's amenities, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am sharp. Late checkout may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed. My home was designed and crafted especially with our guests in mind. Please enjoy but also respect the home as if it were your own. No smoking inside, no parties. Other things to note Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is sanitized and completely cleaned and disinfected between all guests. We are a pet-friendly, the fee is $100 per pet. Your pet MUST be disclosed before booking, if you fail to notify us of their presence prior to check-in there will be automatic charge of $100. The home has original wood floors. Please be careful of dropping objects, it damages and chips easy. Trash is on Thursday mornings so please take the cans to the street on Wednesday evening. We have a portable pack and play and high chair available upon request. Our property comes with a stocked coffee (Keurig) and tea bar. Located in the living room is a smart-home speaker device for playing your favorite tunes, asking for driving directions, what the weather is outside or any other random fun fact you'd like to know: if you haven't used one I'd suggest giving it a shot. We have beach cruisers available. Bike trail behind the home leads you to market and restaurants just blocks away.
