License #6004. Welcome to Laura's Lookout! Nestled on a hillside among ponderosa pines, this 2500sq ft home boasts gorgeous lake and mountain views. We are in a quiet but convenient location, close to both RMNP entrance and downtown Estes Park (8 min drive to each). You’ll feel welcomed by nature as you enter with rustic log furniture/local photography to greet you. Relax in your own private hot tub! Maximum 6 adults (up to 8 total if including children 0-17) The space This is a spacious, stand alone, 2 level home. You will have access to the whole thing-even the 2 car garage. Ideal location situated high up in the neighborhood. It feels truly in the mountains-away from downtown traffic/noise, but just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Great for families with crib, bunk bed, and loads of toys! High quality mattresses, sheets 100% cotton. There are 2 types of coffee makers: a drip machine (filters and coffee grinder provided, but bring your own beans), the 2nd is a Keurig machine- starter supply of pods provided. Other things to note Please note-this is a STRICT NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking is permitted anywhere-this includes all indoor AND outdoor (deck, patios, garage, driveway, yard, neighborhood) spaces, due to Colorado’s extreme fire risk and 2nd hand smoke concerns. Smoking includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, and all drugs. Also, this is a strict NO PETS/ANIMALS PROPERTY. We cannot host any animals inside (due to health/allergy concerns) nor outside (as we have no yard, it is shared space with our neighbors). Please respect our house rules and do not request to book if you have a smoker in your group, or want to bring an animal along. THANK YOU !
