Waterfront home on saratoga lake less then 10 minutes to track door .Amazing views with dock and hot tub is year round. Private back yard patio with large driveway in the back for parking and a grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to enjoy outside activities. Bathroom is beautiful and also a washer and dryer. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Kitchen has a gas range. Fully equiped kitchen. High ceilings. Bring your kayak, paddle board or jet ski. There is also rental nearby. The space You have the best of both worlds at the lake. Beautiful view of the water without your neighbors watching you. You have the beautiful lake to look at and the privacy of the back yard while being close to the city. You can rent a boat and dock it at the lakehouse. Guest access The swimming at the dock is usually great. We do sometimes have seaweed. Many people that have stayed here have not had an issue. There is a public beach. Other things to note We try our best to keep the dock clean of bird droppings during the summer seasson but the fake owls dont always keep them away : ) We have a dock brush if needed to keep it clean. We just installed brand new dock with stairs into the lake brand new electric awning on front porch for additional shade.
