This secluded mid century cottage is just minutes to downtown and other amenities. Located in Clifton Heights, this three bedroom, bath and a half home is inviting and cozy. Located 6 miles from two large malls, 1 mile from the new walking bridge over the Ohio River, and one and a half miles to unique shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Also, the home is only a short distance to I 71 and I 64. This makes everything convenient and accessible from this private location. The home has vintage charm with renovations for convenience. Each Bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well as a 56 inch flatscreen in the living room. There is a private front yard with gardens, seating, and a grill. There are 6-7 spaces for off street parking. The eat-in kitchen seats six, with a double oven microwave, full-size fridge, gas stove and a dishwasher. There is service for 12 including Louisville Hadley Pottery. The space DERBY WEEK- The week of Derby the price is $1100. 00 a night, giving you three bedrooms and one couch or blow-up mattress. The week prior to Derby, up till the Monday after derby, is a three night minimum. Discounts negotiated for more than three nights. Non Derby weeks -The entire first floor is yours to make yourselves at home. This includes three bedrooms and a couch. Please note that the third bedroom has curtains to cover each Archway entering into the bedroom. Please feel free to stay as long as you’d like. If there any special accommodations that you would like, please feel free to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you! The lower level is my private suite. I have my own private entrance and will Not access the upper level from the lower level during your stay unless, with your permission ,during cleaning. There is a door with locks on both sides to ensure privacy! Really close to downtown, Nulu and numerous distilleries ! It is also very close to the Yum Center! Guest access There is a keypad at the front door. I will give you combination-before you arrive. You have access to the other two doors as well. Each entrance has one step to a porch and then one step into the house. So accessibility is easy. Other things to note We are now pet friendly! Feel free to bring Fido or Spot. Please be responsible with your pet. Please don’t allow on furniture or beds. I allow dogs to come stay but with a limit of two. For any other situations please send me an inquiry message with details. Extra refundable deposit for having animals is $100. Gates are available upon request. Very large fenced in backyard divided in two with fence as well as a lovely neighborhood to take walks. I have dog beds and bowls. Please let me know what I can get out for you. Property is .67 acres. This includes a large fenced in backyard off a patio, as well as woods with walking paths behind it. If you have children, please make sure to send me their age and gender as I have many toys for all ages to play with.
