The space This house has three bedrooms: 1) a king bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath and private deck 2) a queen bed in bedroom with a lovely view 3) a bunk room with two twin beds and a queen bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except the owner pottery studio + the waterfront area. Other things to note Acknowledgement of Risk & Release of Liability By using any of the watercraft on the property, including, but not limited to kayaks or SUPS, or swimming on the property (collectively, the “Water Facilities”), you expressly acknowledge and agree to the below: You understand that any use of the Water Facilities is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in use of the Water Facilities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the Water Facilities and hold the property owner harmless. You agree to fully indemnify the property owner for any damages or liability related to your use of the Water Facilities. You agree that all children under the age of 15 must have an adult present to use the Water Facilities. You understand and accept all risks for children who are not carefully supervised, or if a person uses the Water Facilities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You are fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner for accidents, injuries or claims arising from use of the Water Facilities. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host/property owner.
