Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment. The space The farm is 75 acres of orchards, beautiful creeks and wooded areas all waiting to be explored. It's a short drive to the eaPpp Guest access Juneberry Farm is located on 75 acres for you to explore the many creeks, wooded areas and orchards. Different berries for picking are fruiting from June through Sept. This is one of the largest if not the largest Juneberry Farm in the northeast US. Other things to note I don't allow smoking inside any buildings but tolerate smoking outside as long as the buts are not dropped. thanks for your cooperation in this request. So please expect the possibility of seeing insects i.e flies and bugs etc. in the vicinity. We're living in their space, not the other way round!
