Relax and unwind in this newly constructed guest house. Completed in 2019 it offers all the amenities of a 5-star hotel suite with the privacy and ambiance of a quaint English Tudor home. Located just 2 blocks from charming downtown San Carlos in the “City of Good Living”. We are 30 minutes from San Francisco, San Jose and the beach in Half Moon Bay —with easy access to Highways 101 and 280, as well as public transportation (SamTrans, Caltrain and BART via Caltrain). The space The guest house has expansive 15-foot-high ceilings, an open concept kitchen and living space, sleeping loft and southeast facing glass patio sliding doors with views of mature redwood and oak trees. The private, level entrance leads directly from your dedicated off street parking space complete with an electric car charger. The downstairs (500 sq. ft.) features a galley style kitchen fully equipped with all new appliances, dining table for four and counter height bar stools, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry center with a full-sized washer and dryer, a double door closet with built in drawers, and a generous living room. The spiral staircase leads to a 250 sq. ft. loft with a king-sized bed and will be available for guests by October 2019. The house has a combined air conditioning and heating unit, heated tile floors on the first level, 55” LED TV, Sonos sound system and dedicated Wifi. We have designed the space and added amenities with features that we would personally want when traveling for business or pleasure.
