Bright, spacious modern cottage in Carnoustie

Our place is a modern, very spacious cottage attached to a 5 bedroom stone built villa in the lovely Coastal town of Carnoustie, home to several championship golf tournaments. The space Is a well furnished modern home that has just been re listed on Airbnb (23rd July 2023) as we have been helping a Ukrainian family for almost a year. The property has now been refreshed and decorated throughout and is ready for our Airbnb guests! You will have access to two double bedrooms (which are upstairs), one en suite and one with private bathroom. You will also have a kitchen/diner, a separate living room and cloakroom with WC and wash basin (which are downstairs). Guests space is entirely self contained with its own access. Guests have a private seating area, set in the private garden of the main house. This area is accessed via patio doors in the guests living room. This area is accessed through patio doors from the guest accommodation. Other things to note Our accommodation is the perfect location for long leisurely walks along the beach. It has great cycle routes to the very nearby towns of Monifeith (3 miles), Broughty Ferry (6 miles). and in the other direction, Arbroath (6 miles). The front bedroom of the accommodation has a view of the famous Carnoustie Championship golf course which is only a stone's throw away. Various water sports can be accessed a couple of miles away at Monikie Country park.
