Bedroom of about 12 m2 with private shower room (shower, double sinks, towel dryer). House located in a quiet subdivision, close to Caen and about 25 minutes from the coast (Ouïstreham, Merville-Franceville). Cliff 25 minutes away, shopping mall 10 minutes away (Mondeville). There is no television in the house. Non-smoking house. Possibility to have breakfast for €3/day (request by message at the time of booking) to be paid upon arrival. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor (kitchen and facilities, dining room, living room, terrace, garden). Check-in on Sunday possible from 7 p.m. During your stay We can advise you on possible outings, visits, restaurants... Other things to note we are a 34-year-old couple with two children aged 7 and 3.
