Bedroom of about 12 m2 with private shower room (shower, double sinks, towel dryer). House located in a quiet subdivision, close to Caen and about 25 minutes from the coast (Ouïstreham, Merville-Franceville). Cliff at 25 mins, shopping mall 10 mins (Mondeville). There is no TV in the house. Non-smoking house. Possibility of having breakfast for €3/day (request it by message at the time of booking) to be paid on arrival. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor (kitchen and amenities, dining room, living room, terrace, garden). Arrival on Sunday possible from 7 pm. During your stay We can advise you on possible outings, visits, restaurants... Other things to note we are a 34 year old couple with two kids aged 7 and 3.
