Don’t worry about forgetting anything! It’s 7 minutes from Carleton Place, grocery stores, Walmart, LCBO, Starbucks and Tim Horton’s! It feels like you are in the country but so close to all amenities. Take a working vacation and commute to Ottawa (35 mins) or Kanata (20 mins) or use the wifi to work from the lake! The space The indoor space includes: - a cute and compact 875 square foot, 2 bedroom home (both rooms each have a double bed) with one bathroom - a galley kitchen with dishwasher, all the cooking and dining supplies needed for 4 people and the essentials (salt, pepper, keurig and coffee, oil) - washer and dryer in the kitchen - living room/dining room open concept with a youth-sized pull out couch - wood stove and electric baseboard heating, window air conditioner for summer The outdoor space includes: - full lakefront lawn area with fire pit, picnic table, chairs - gas bar-b-que on the roadside porch - an adult and child kayak and a paddle boat for 4 people - parking in the driveway with extra space across the road for additional cars - in the summertime, a dock where you can tie your boat (boat launch is 7 minutes from the cottage in Carleton Place)
