Happy Trails

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking. The space We have over 1/2 mile of trails on the property. The Luce line trail ( a state gem ) is one block away. It's a perfect walking or biking trail with very light traffic. We are 5 minutes away from Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota's finest urban lake. The Nuremberg gardens ( a county park ) is one mile away . They have ample parking and a vintage Japanese boat house with a grand view of THE LAKE. drive there, tour and back , in 30 minutes. A #1 must if you have time. Involves a half mile walk and is handicap acc . Guest access We are on 5 acres with wooded trails. We keep the trails mowed if possible. The trailhead is straight east in back of your apt. There is a bike store in Long Lake that rents bikes. Other things to note We are in the western suburbs, 15 Min from downtown Mpls and 10 min from Baker Park public golf. Kitchenette and shared laundry facilities are included in the apartment.
