Boutique 18th century house 10 minutes drive from Cognac. The house has been designed to a very high spec by interior designer owner and is full of rustic French charm. Each room has its own ensuite or bathroom. We also own the adjoining cottage listed and both properties can be rented together which sleep 10-12 people. We don’t except children under 10 in the main house however the adjoining cottage allows children. The space The house has a large pool which is shared with the adjoining cottage guests. Only a maximum of 4 stay at the cottage and they have their own terrace and dining space. Both properties can be rented together creating 5 double suites. All house grounds are exclusive to the house. cottage guests are not allowed to use the pool past 8pm We don’t often have cottage and house guests at the same time so please ask before booking if this is important to you As well as a large outdoor dining area to sit 8 on the outside terrace area which is exclusive to the house, The main house has a 12 seater dining table and huge dining space with log burner for those colder evenings . This space is perfect for a special meal or occasion. We are able to arrange a private chef and service (not July and August) Built in BBQ and large shaded terrace area with day beds provides the perfect relaxing days and evenings There is a large TV in the lounge Netflix and UK satellite channels as well as speakers for around sound.
