We are located down town one block from the Court House. We are within 5 minutes walking distance to Restaurants, Stores, Bars and our Circus Building. We are the Circus City Capitol with a week long performances ending with a Parade on the 3rd Saturday in July. The Parade comes right past our house which guests may watch for free. Peru is an old Railroad town with a rich history for all to enjoy. The Library is right across the street on the corner of Main and Huntington. The space Our house has a 15'X25' living room that is a common area with TV watching or relaxing and playing games. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the Kitchen and the front room to watch Relax, watch TV or play games. During your stay I am home most of the time and am available to help, answer questions and to interact most of the time.
