The space The apartment is located in a condominium that has a beach, outdoor pool, club house (gym, jacuzzi area, movie room, barbecue grills, game room) extensive green areas for walking or cycling. The apartment has 2 parking spaces and additional parking spaces for visitors that are booked for 5 hours. Guest access The spaces that can be occupied upon reservation are: Club house where you will find: gym, cinema, barbecues, jacuzzi, game room (Pool, taca taca, consoles, pinball, board games) No reservation: beach and outdoor pool. Other things to note The cost of central heating is not included in the rental, its use has an additional charge. There are other heating appliances that are included. Our guests will have at their disposal: 2 bicycles, 2 inflatable SUP boards, 1 kayak for 3 people.
